Yes vergil is worth getting regardless of what version you want. Its mostly for the BGM tracks and Style announcers Id say. Cus if you dont care about those, then you can just buy Cavalier R and Gerbera 1 separately. Those weapons have good differences to use them other the ones already in the base game.
If you're good at the game, Turbo Mode is very helpful, at least in DMC3. Turbo Mode makes the game play 20% faster, but does not make the in-game clock move any differently when it comes to the Time requirement of the ranking at the end of the level. So if your brain able to process it, you basically gain 20% extra time for free.

Fair point, it can totally screw you over if used poorly. Feels noteworthy though since V doesn't have DT health regen, like it was meant to compensate it by giving him an invincibility state where he can just tank through something and deal some heavy damage as you can hit very hard like that.

It's a good slice of life, showing the characters in their downtime. Some people aren't happy with the lack of actions, but personally I love the choice, because it allows us to see a different side of the character's life that aren't shown in the games, especially Dante.
