first download it and then activate it inside the Mod options menu at the main menu. Once it activates, start zombies then at the bottom right it tells you to press left trigger and right joystick (or some shit like that). then you just use left trigger and right trigger to move up and down, x to accept and then right joystick (melee) to go back.
