My theory is that Bayek, the first of the Assassins was a reincarnation of Ra-Horakthy on earth. Ra-Horakthy, the merged God of the Egyptian Gods; Ra, the sun god and Horus, the protector. To begin, one must understand that all Egyptian Gods and Goddesses have the head of some animal apart from Osiris and Amun and others who are just plain
But Bayek also has a pretty cool story in the books (shoutout to the other readers about Bion, so damn good character) and the game shows us his pinnacle as a Medjay. It's hard to decide my top 3, Ezio, Haytham, Bayek, Altair.. so many good characters.. (I hope you guys have read or someday decide to read Forsaken, Haytham's story is amazing).
Bayek of Siwa easily stands tall with his counterparts. Bayek is technically not an assassin, as the order isn’t established at the start of Origins. Instead he’s a Medjay, a protector of both

In Assassin's Creed Origins, players follow the story of the Ancient Egyptian Medjay Bayek of Siwa and Aya of Alexandria. As the game's name suggests, this married couple are the ones who start the titular Assassin's Creed. More specifically, they create the organization known as the Hidden Ones (what would later become the Brotherhood) to
Bayek of Siwa is the main protagonist of Assassin’s Creed Origins. A medjay of Egypt, he is tasked with protecting his people, helping them overcome whatever trials and tribulations should arise Bayek was kind in this way as well, primarily given that he was a Medjay, a protector of the people, devoted to serving and helping those in need. Assassin's Creed is one of the best single
Bayek’s story is especially interesting when you compare it to that of the other protagonists. Assassin’s Creed has always had a bit of an obsession with families and parents (which is
Aya was not given the same spotlight as Bayek in Assassin's Creed Origins, but her legacy has been deeply tied to the history of the assassins. She was presented as determined, tough, and skillful 8 Edward Kenway. Out of all of the Assassin's Creed protagonists, Edward Kenway had the most inspiring journey into the brotherhood. He wasn't born into it or joined for revenge like most. In fact My thoughts on why Kassandra/Alexios shouldn’t use a shield. Bayek was born into the Medjay clans so he had very high social status in Greek Egypt almost like a knight. Back in ancient times the most elite unit was the cavalry. It always struck me that Bayek had problems fighting on foot and was best when he was on a horse using spears and bows. Kenway was a brilliant tactician and one of the strongest warriors, becoming one of the most influential assassins throughout history. Arno served as the main protagonist of Assassin's Creed Unity Yes Bayek is the first member of the brotherhood. Odyssey is before Bayek that so yes u aren't playing as an assassin in Odyssey. AlecsThorne. • 1 yr. ago. really depends on what you think an "assassin" is. Bayek (and Aya) founded the first brotherhood of sorts, yes. So in a way, he's the first "official" assassin, even though he calls Cutscene of when Bayek tracks down Rudjek (The Heron) at the Bent Pyramid of Sneferu; His first target on his path of vengeanceThanks for watching and I'll s

Personally, I don't want Bayek getting involved with Alexios. I'd quite like Bayek to have a more limited knowledge of the Isu compared to other protagonists because he's the first assassin. I think the Hidden Ones' main focus should be battling with the Order of Ancients.
